What kind of chemical bond involves the sharing of electrons between two atoms?.

The kind of chemical bond that involves the sharing of electrons between two atoms is called a covalent bond.

Covalent bonds are found in nonmetallic elements. It is further divided into two kinds, namely the polar covalent bond and nonpolar covalent bond. These are dependent on the polarity of the compounds produced after the bonding of elements.

Covalent bonding occurs when the valence electrons of two or more nonmetallic elements are shared. The bonds formed are stable because they lead to an electron configuration which is equivalent to a noble gas notation for each atoms involved.
